It is not a book that tells you to take this herb for that illness, but rather a book that directs you in setting your own goals for health, weight, energy, fitness and success, and then gives really insightful and helpful systems for achieving them.In summary, his goal is helping the reader achieve optimal health with no dogma, lots of flexibility, keeping it fun, etc. A must read for anyone in taking their health to the next level.
